Duties, Responsibilities and Requirements:

*Must possess an active Montana dental hygiene license, local anesthesia endorsement preferred.

*Compassionately performs dental hygiene procedures while ensuring comfort of the patient.

*Educates on the importance of dental hygiene, assists dentist and participates with communicating dental treatment options.

*Must possess verbal and written communication skills and be well educated in dentistry and dental hygiene. *Ability to connect with patients and build new relationships.

*Attend and participate in monthly staff meetings, other meetings as requested and in-service trainings. *Demonstrates strong leadership skills and promotes teamwork.

*Follows all clinical protocols and procedures as outlined in the Provider Handbook.

*Performs other duties as requested.

*Dentrix software experience is recommended.

Starting salary will be determined depending on experience. Benefits are available after 90-day probationary period.

Hours of operation are Monday through Thursday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Friday 7:30am-12:00pm (Summer hours may differ.)
